Refund policy

At Sela Merch, we stand on the Rock (Sela) of integrity. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Christian apparel. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


1. Our 30-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason (sizing, fit, color, etc.), you may return it for a store credit, exchange for a different size/item, or a full refund provided the item meets the conditions below.

  • Refunds: We generally issue refunds as store credit (gift card) to be used on a future purchase. We reserve the right to offer a full refund to the original payment method in specific circumstances (e.g., product defects).


2. Eligibility Conditions for Returns

For a return or exchange to be processed, the item(s) must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item(s) must be in original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.

  • The item(s) must have all original tags and packaging intact.

  • The item(s) must be free of pet hair, strong odors, stains, or damage.

Note: Any item returned that does not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer, and the return will be voided.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival (an error on our part), please notify us immediately.

  • Process: Email us at info@selamerch.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Required Info: Please include your Order Number and clear photos of the defect or damage.

  • Resolution: We will gladly send you a replacement item at no extra cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You will not be charged return shipping for items damaged during transit or manufacturing.


4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email Us: Send an email to info@selamerch.com with the subject line: RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST - [Your Order Number].

  2. Provide Details: State clearly which item(s) you wish to return and whether you want a Store Credit, an Exchange (specify the new size/item), or a full refund.

  3. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.

Important Notes on Shipping Costs:

  • Original Shipping: The original shipping costs paid on your order are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our facility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.


5. Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected (which can take 3–5 business days), we will process your requested resolution:

  • Store Credit: A digital gift card will be emailed to you immediately.

  • Exchange: Your new item will be shipped out within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds (for Defective Items): Processing the refund back to your original payment method may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
