1. Fulfillment and Processing Time (The Build)
Each item of Sela Merch apparel is handled with care and purpose. Before your order is shipped, we require time to process and package your items.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. This email confirms your order details, but does not include shipping information.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery (The Journey)
Once your order has been processed, the shipping time begins. Shipping estimates vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Domestic (U.S.) Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

International Shipping: Can take 7–21 business days after fulfillment, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

International: 9–26 Business Days
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and your delivery address.

4. Tracking Your Order

5. International Orders and Customs

Customs Delays: Customs processing times can vary and may occasionally delay delivery beyond the estimated window. We cannot influence or speed up these processes.
6. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is marked as "Unclaimed" by the postal service and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reship the package.
